叶卡捷琳娜·普拉维洛娃（Ekaterina Pravilova ）是普林斯顿大学罗森加滕现代和当代历史教授，俄罗斯、东欧和欧亚研究项目主任。她是屡获殊荣的《公共帝国：俄罗斯帝国的财产和对共同利益的追求》（A Public Empire: Property and the Quest for the Common Good in Imperial Russia）以及《合法性和个人权利：俄罗斯的行政司法》（Legality and Individual Rights: Administrative Justice in Russia）和《帝国的财政：帝国边境俄罗斯政策中的金钱和权力》（Finances of Empire: Money and Power in Russian Policy in the Imperial Borderlands）（以俄文出版）等书籍的作者。她是圣彼得堡人。
