Lizzie Wilcock, a primary school teacher, wrote her first novel, LOSING IT, to provide a platform for discussion about teenage problems and child-protection issues. The result was a brilliantly crafted novel for young adults. Lizzie’s second novel, GRIEVE, took her to new heights as a young adult author. She has twice been shortlisted for the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards.
