特雷西·斯特朗(Tracy B. Strong)是圣地亚哥州加利福尼亚大学政治科学系的著名教授，他还是《政治学理论》杂志的前编辑，并且出版了许多书，包括《弗里德里克·尼采和政治的变型》（Friedrich Nietzsche and the Politics of Transfiguration）、《让雅克卢梭和普通的政治学》（Jean-Jacques Rousseau and the Politics of the Ordinary）、《许多和唯一：关于现代世界中伦理学多元主义的宗教和世俗的观点》（The Many and the One: Religious and Secular Perspectives on Ethical Pluralism in the Modern World.）
