艾伦·詹姆斯·弗洛赫兹（Allen James Fromherz）是佐治亚州立大学历史学教授兼中东研究中心主任。他是《卡塔尔：现代史》（ Qatar: A Modern History）和《伊本·赫勒敦：生活与时代》（Ibn Khaldun: Life and Times）的作者，也是《世界历史上的海湾：全球十字路口的阿拉伯》（The Gulf in World History: Arabia at the Global Crossroads）的编辑。
