As many of you know, St. Martin’s has controlled print translation rights to the novel since the 70s, and they are currently licensing and relicensing in many markets. We, however, hold e-book and audio book rights, so you may be contacted by publishers looking to acquire these in addition to the print rights.
We should note there are two further Haldeman works, FOREVER PEACE and FOREVER FREE. FOREVER FREE is a direct sequel to THE FOREVER WAR. FOREVER PEACE is only related in theme, with no shared characters, plot elements or settings. We control all rights to both of these novels.
